Marie Peyrega has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring.
She advises private equity funds, international and domestic corporations on a broad range of corporate finance matters. She also works with the firm’s specialized department in the context of shareholder disputes or post-acquisition litigations (earn-out, price, adjustment, liability guarantees). She is a member of the ESSEC Alumni and a member of France Invest (AFIC).
