Alexia Berbain-Faguer has been a lawyer in the Corporate, M&A, Private-Equity department since 2001. She was appointed counsel in March 2015.

Specializing in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate law, she assists companies with their external growth and fund-raising projects.

She advises clients including SMEs and ETIs, international groups, investment funds and senior executives, particularly in the context of reorganizations and strategic alliances. She is experienced in various business sectors.

Alexia holds a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in business law from the University of Paris V.
