Christophe Marie advises French and international clients on all employment-related matters, in particular on day-to-day employment issues in connection with human resources management. He has developed strong expertise in the management of the employment-related aspects of the merger and acquisition operations (due diligence, consultation procédure of the employee representatives, assistance on employment impacts), refinancing and outsourcing operations. He advised clients in key international transactions.
Christophe also advises clients on restructuring and collective redundancy operations (job saving plans, business transfers, etc.).
Before joigning Hoche Avocats, he was senior associate at Allen&Overy LLP and Ginestié Magellan Paley-Vincent law firms.
