Hoche Avocats assisted Derichebourg Environnement in the sale of eight metal waste collection and recycling sites to the Riva steel group in January 2023. This sale follows the commitments made to the European Commission in its decision of 17 December 2021 (M. 10249) authorising the conditional acquisition of the Ecore group by the Derichebourg group.<\/p>\n

Derichebourg Environnement was advised by Hoche Avocat,<\/strong><\/em> J\u00e9r\u00f4me Roustit as well as by Eric Quentin for the tax part and Sophie Dechaumet for the social part.\u00a0 Renaudier <\/strong>law firm<\/em> was in charge of the competition law aspects.<\/p>\n

Riva Acier was advised by Ollyns<\/strong><\/em> (David Pitoun and Sandra Kabla) and by Cabinet Grall<\/strong> et Associ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/em> for the competition law aspects.<\/p>\n
