Founded in 2003, TVH Consulting supports SMEs and large corporations towards more efficient business processes thanks to the integration of ERP and Business Intelligence solutions from Microsoft and SAP, as well as to the edition of business software.<\/p>\n

Created in 2013 by Dorian Porta Delsol and Ayoub Benseghir, Isochronix is a major Salesforce player relying on more than 20 consultants to deliver strategic projects to companies in retail\/e-commerce, media or technology with a differentiating focus on marketplaces.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of Algoritmia is the third strategic acquisition for the TVH group in less than six months after the acquisition of Fidens, expert in Cybersecurity (end of 2022) and Algoritmia, specialist in innovative Microsoft Azure solutions in Spain (March 2023).<\/p>\n

Hoche Avocats had already advised the TVH Consulting group in the context of the acquisition of Fidens and Algoritmia.<\/p>\n
