Hoche Avocats announces the arrival of Beno\u00eet Thirion as a partner in the Public Law department.<\/p>\n

Beno\u00eet practiced law for 8 years in the Public Law departments of Hogan Lovells (2010-2013) and Clifford Chance (2013-2017). From 2017 to 2023, he was a partner in the Infrastructure and Services practice of Altermind, a management consultancy firm.<\/p>\n

Through his career, Beno\u00eet has developed a first-rate understanding and mastery of the strategic and legal issues of infrastructures and associated services (transport and mobility, energy, telecoms, environment). He has privileged links with many players in the ecosystem of these sectors.<\/p>\n

Beno\u00eet advises public and private clients on all aspects of public law, both in terms of strategy definition and project implementation and in terms of litigation. He specialises in public contract law, public sector law, regulatory law and public competition law.<\/p>\n

Beno\u00eet is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law from the University of Paris I Panth\u00e9on \u2013 Sorbonne, as well as the ICCF certificate in Corporate Finance from HEC.<\/p>\n

He taught public contract law at Sciences Po Paris (2011-2019) and digital regulation at the University Paris Panth\u00e9on Assas (since 2019). He collaborates with think tanks and university chairs, and regularly publishes articles and tribunes in the press.<\/p>\n

Beno\u00eet Thirion’s arrival is part of the firm’s current development to cover all the skills needed by market players in France and abroad.<\/p>\n
