FnB Private Equity a French investment fund has entered into exclusive negotiations with Nestl\u00e9 for the acquisition of its infant food products (excluding milks). This transaction would involve the brands sold in France and abroad, as well as the Vosges plant at Arches that produces them.<\/p>\n

The transaction is expected to be finalized in the first half of 2024, following completion of the legal information-consultation procedure with employee representatives, approval by the authorities and negotiation of the sale agreements.<\/p>\n

This project is part of a growth strategy for the NaturNes\u00ae, Babicao\u00ae and Babivanille\u00ae baby food brands, and for the P’tit franchises, offering new prospects for innovation. It also reflects FnB Private Equity’s keen interest in the skills of the teams and the industrial and environmental performance of the Arches plant.<\/p>\n

This future acquisition would be FnB Private Equity’s second deal with Nestl\u00e9, following the acquisition of Mousline in October 2022, and the second for its Fund II, FnB Europe Fund SLP II, following the acquisition of Caf\u00e9s Legal in June 2023.<\/p>\n

FnB Private Equity supports French and European SMEs in the agri-food sector, not only in financial matters, but also in all strategic and operational issues, with a focus on consumer and environmental protection.<\/p>\n
