Paris, April 3, 2023 – Hoche Avocats advises Groupe Alsei on the acquisition of real estate developer Perspective Habitat.<\/p>\n

This acquisition is part of the development of Groupe Alsei’s residential division, a real estate developer with sales expected to exceed \u20ac100 million by 2023.<\/p>\n

Perspective Habitat is a residential real estate developer based in the Paris region, founded in 2008 by Frank Picard and Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Roth. Based in Paris, the company has a portfolio of over 3,000 homes, of which more than 500 have been or will be started this year. The properties developed are intended for sale to owner-occupiers, as well as for operation as managed residences for seniors or students.<\/p>\n

Hoche Avocats is once again assisting Jean-Christophe Courn\u00e9-Nol\u00e9o and Anthony Perez, respectively Chairman and CEO of Groupe Alsei, who are continuing the group’s development through this new external growth operation, after having already assisted them when BC Partners acquired a stake in the company in September 2021.<\/p>\n
