Hoche Avocats is pleased to announce the arrival of Louis Leroy as a partner in the corporate department. He joins the M&A\/PE team headed by Jean-Luc Blein, which now comprises 4 partners, 3 counsels and 6 associates.<\/p>\n

Louis Leroy mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, working alongside French and foreign companies and their founders, managers and investment funds.<\/p>\n

After an LLM from Queen Mary University of London (2010) and a Master 2 in Business Law from Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine (2011), Louis began his career at Fieldfisher.<\/p>\n

He also previously worked in the corporate M&A teams at McDermott Will & Emery and Racine before joining Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP as Counsel.<\/p>\n

Jean-Luc Blein, a member of the Executive Committee, is delighted with the arrival of Louis Leroy, who will strengthen the firm’s M&A-PE practice and enable it to expand its scope of operations.<\/p>\n
