DENTRESSANGLE Capital, the majority investment company of the DENTRESSANGLE group, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Abenex for the acquisition of EDL, a European player in software for medical imaging and diagnostic services.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1994 in the Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne region of France, EDL has developed the Xplore software suite, which offers its public and private healthcare establishment customers a full-web, integrated solution for improving information sharing and the operation of medical imaging technical platforms.<\/p>\n

Owned by Abenex since 2021, EDL has expanded its European footprint by taking significant positions in Germany and Switzerland. The company has also established a foothold in Belgium through the acquisition of Th\u00e9l\u00e8me, which specializes in software for nuclear medicine, and more recently in Austria.<\/p>\n

With this transaction, EDL will be able to continue its international expansion and provide solutions across the entire spectrum of medical diagnostics, not just in the radiology sector.<\/p>\n
