Hoche Avocats advises the Alvest group and private investors on the takeover of the group by PAI Partners.<\/p>\n

Hoche Avocats has been advising the Alvest group since 2001. Having been involved in previous transactions, Hoche Avocats acted as counsel to the group in carrying out the legal and social due diligence for its French activities, as coordinator of all the law firms in each of the jurisdictions concerned and as counsel to the private investors in connection with their reinvestment alongside PAI Partners and its co-investors.<\/p>\n
