Hoche Avocats acted as legal advisor to Holiseum and its two founders on its acquisition by Integrity360, a leading European cybersecurity services provider. This transaction, which takes place against a backdrop of strong growth in demand for cybersecurity services on a European scale, enables Integrity360 to strengthen its presence in France and expand its service offering in industrial cybersecurity and on operational technologies (\u201cOT\u201d) and the Internet of Things (\u201cIoT\u201d).<\/p>\n

Founded in 2018, Holiseum is a cybersecurity consultancy specializing in critical and industrial infrastructure protection, with a portfolio of around 80 clients from sensitive sectors such as energy, transport, finance and industrial production. The integration of Holiseum into Integrity360 marks a strategic step in the group’s development, positioning France as a key regional hub.<\/p>\n

Holiseum’s current team of around 30 people will remain in place and will continue to develop its business under the Integrity360 brand from its three existing sites in France, with the planned opening of a new Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Paris in 2025.<\/p>\n
