Paris, July 2025 \u2013 Hoche Avocats is pleased to welcome Claire Gamain as head of the Restructuring practice.<\/p>\n

Claire has been advising since 15 years underperforming companies, directors, shareholders, and investors, at every stage of the turnaround process, both through out-of-court and court-supervised proceedings. She also has extensive experience in the acquisition of distressed companies or their assets.<\/p>\n

Her expertise extends to a wide range of industries, including in particular retail, hospitality, catering and real estate.<\/p>\n

“Claire\u2019s experience and strong technical skills will strengthen our ability to deliver high-level restructuring advice to our clients,”<\/em> said Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Cassereau, Jean-Luc Blein, and Eric Quentin, Managing Partners at Hoche Avocats. “Her arrival also creates new opportunities for collaboration in areas such as M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions. We are delighted to welcome her in our firm.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Claire Gamain is a graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine in business management and business law. Before joining Hoche Avocats, she practiced within Archers, DLA Piper, and Frieh Bouh\u00e9nic law firms.<\/p>\n
