Paris, 10 April 2026 \u2013 Hoche Avocats has advised Archipel, a fast-growing platform of chartered accounting firms, on the acquisitions of Prospective et Finance, Avexxens and L&A Conseil Audit.<\/p>\n

With these transactions, Archipel reaches \u20ac50 million in revenue just one year after launch, underscoring the strength of its buy-and-build strategy.<\/p>\n

The three acquisitions bring the total number of firms in the group to nine, representing 40 partners and reinforcing Archipel\u2019s position in the French market.<\/p>\n
