Hoche Avocats has advised Bayard Group on its acquisition of Kingoland, a family-focused amusement park located in Plumelin (Morbihan).<\/p>\n

Founded in 2014, Kingoland offers a broad mix of rides, live shows and immersive experiences tailored to a family audience. The park attracted more than 215,000 visitors in 2025 and has established itself as a leading regional leisure destination in Western France.<\/p>\n

The acquisition supports Bayard Group\u2019s growth strategy and marks its entry into the fast-growing experiential leisure segment.<\/p>\n

Bayard Group intends to build on the strength of Kingoland\u2019s existing management team to ensure continuity and drive future development. Founder Dominique Leroux will remain actively involved alongside the Group.<\/p>\n

Hoche Avocats<\/strong><\/em> advised Bayard Group with a team comprising Marie Peyr\u00e9ga (Partner), Amandine Doury (Counsel) and Vincent Bothorel (Associate) on corporate M&A matters, alongside Eric Quentin (Partner), Pascale de Calbiac (Senior Counsel), Louise Miont (Associate) <\/em>and Sarah Bennani (Associate)<\/em> on tax and transactional aspects.<\/p>\n
