Hoche Avocats announces the promotion of two new counsels.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hoche Avocats announces the appointment of Ana\u00ebl Andr\u00e9 (Employment Law) and Vincent Guilaine (Corporate M&A) as counsels. These promotions are part of the firm’s development strategy, based on valuing the talent that contributes to its growth.<\/p>\n

Ana\u00ebl Andr\u00e9 appointed counsel within the Employment Law department<\/strong><\/p>\n

A lawyer since 2018, Ana\u00ebl Andr\u00e9 is promoted to counsel within the Employment Law department headed by Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Cassereau.<\/p>\n

He worked for nearly five years at the Gra\u00ebve Avocats firm, where he advised SMEs, mid-sized companies, healthcare facilities, and start-ups, while also handling litigation before the labour, commercial, and civil courts.<\/p>\n

Since joining Hoche Avocats in 2022, Ana\u00ebl has been assisting a diverse clientele, both in advisory and litigation matters, on all issues relating to individual and collective employment relations.<\/p>\n

Vincent Guilaine appointed counsel within the Corporate M&A team<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vincent Guilaine is promoted to counsel within the team of Didier Fornoni, partner in Corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets.<\/p>\n

Admitted to the New York Bar since 2015 and the Paris Bar since 2016, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Practice, Business Contracts major, from the \u00c9cole des Hautes \u00c9tudes Appliqu\u00e9es du Droit (H.E.A.D.), as well as an LL.M. obtained in the United States.<\/p>\n

Since joining Hoche Avocats in 2021, Vincent has been assisting French and international clients in mergers and acquisitions operations and has solid experience in conducting complex transactions, particularly for foreign clients.<\/p>\n
