The strategic acquisition will significantly strengthen Derichebourg\u2019s European footprint and further enhance its position among the world\u2019s leading ferrous and non-ferrous metal recycling companies.<\/p>\n<p>Hoche Avocats led a multidisciplinary, multi-jurisdictional team advising on all legal aspects of the cross-border transaction, from structuring through to completion.
