Hoche Avocats on the acquisition of Groupe Elephant (a leading independent audio-visual production company) by Webedia.<\/p>\n

Building on strong entrepreneurial DNA, the two independent French groups have ambitious international development objectives, with the end-purpose of promoting French creation throughout the world.
\nElephant-Webedia aims to create programmes with high-added editorial content in all format types, on all screen sizes, for all generations, in close working relationship with both confirmed and upcoming talented individuals from television, video and social platforms.
