Hoche Avocats advises the management team on the acquisition of the group S\u00e9curinfor by Paluel-Marmont Capital, controlling, and its co-investors, Bpifrance and Rives Croissance. <\/p>\n

A little more than two years after it was taken over by Michel Meunier (one of the group’s historic leaders), with the majority of Axio Capital and its co-investors, Capitem Partenaires and Swen Capital Partners, the S\u00e9curinfor group has signed a LBO bis with Paluel-Marmont Capital, controlling, and its co-investors, Bpifrance and Rives Croissance, following a sales process led by the Oaklins France teams. <\/p>\n

For this new landmark in its growth, the Securinfor group, supported by 380 employees, relies on its recognized knowledge and the pursuit of outsourcing externalization, its historical business, as well as the development of technical assistance services and an active strategy of external growth. <\/p>\n

The senior bank financing of this transaction was co-arranged by Cr\u00e9dit du Nord, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris and Banque Palatine. The mezzanine debt was subscribed by CM-CIC Private Debt. <\/p>\n
