The PACTE law of 22 May 2019 has transposed into French law the provisions relating to proxy advisors or proxies issued by Directive (EU) No 2017\/828 of 17 May 2017. These provisions address a dual objective vis-\u00e0-vis the latter, transparency on the voting criteria used by the proxies and the fight against conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n
