On 12 July 2016, Activa Capital added Atlas for Men to its portfolio, becoming the new majority shareholder in the mail-order clothing specialist after its departure from the Italian De Agostini group.

Set up in 1999 using the marketing know-how of Editions Atlas, Atlas for Men recorded turnover of \u20ac130M in 2015, with EBITDA close to \u20ac8 million. Experiencing constant growth in its market segment in France and internationally, the mail-order company is keen to continue developing its brand in new geographical areas and expand its online presence.
