Altarea, France’s leading real estate developer and second largest property developer, whose shares are listed on Compartment A of Euronext Paris, announced on November 18, 2021 the launch of a capital increase with preferential subscription rights for an amount of approximately \u20ac350 million, as part of the financing of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Primonial group.<\/p>\n

The capital increase, which was settled and delivered on December 10, 2021, was subject to subscription commitments from the main shareholders for approximately \u20ac292.6 million, representing 83.60% of the capital increase.<\/p>\n
