Hoche Avocats announces the arrival of Ariane Berthoud as a partner. She will work on the development of the firm’s banking and finance practice. She will work in particular with the Corporate M&A – Private-Equity team, the Litigation team and Restructuring team.<\/p>\n

A recognised lawyer in all areas of financing, Ariane Berthoud advises on all types of banking transactions, including acquisition and LBO financing, syndicated loans, project finance and debt restructuring.<\/p>\n

Ariane Berthoud is a graduate of the University of Paris X Nanterre and holds an LL.M. from the University of Kent. She\u2019s become a lawyer in 2002 and has spent her entire career with Hogan Lovells in Paris. Since 2014, she was Counsel in the banking and finance team.
