Hoche Avocats was founded over thirty years ago and has been headed by Eric Quentin since 1996. Jean Luc Blein joined him in 2004, and since then they have been running the firm together. Today, Hoche Avocats is changing its governance and expanding its Comex – the body in charge of operational management and implementation of the strategy defined by the management board – to include Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Cassereau and Grine Lahreche.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Cassereau<\/strong><\/a>, is a partner in Labour & Employment law. She joined Hoche Avocats in 2016. She is a former Secretary of the Conference of the internship (Paris Bar) and also lecturer at the Sciences Po Paris Law School (SPLS She advises and litigates on all aspects of employment law. She has developed a recognised expertise in the cultural sector (performing arts companies, audiovisual companies, foundations, associations). Her other sectors of practice are mainly luxury goods, pharmaceutical and retail industries.<\/p>\n

Grine Lahreche<\/strong><\/a> is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions \/ Private Equity department since 2018. He is graduated of Sciences Po Paris (2002) and a member of the Paris Bar since 2007. He works alongside managers, investment funds, large groups and SMEs on their sale and acquisition, LBO or capital reorganization projects. Part of his practice involves advising and assisting certain industrial clients operating in highly regulated sectors (health, NTIC, sports industry, public procurement, etc.).<\/p>\n
