Founded in 2005 by David Sportes and Xavier de Korsak, Harmonie Technologie has 150 employees who assist major CAC40 and SBF120 companies and middle market leaders in their sectors in developing and implementing their cybersecurity strategy.<\/p>\n

The Pr0ph3cy group, composed of consulting companies Silicom and OpenCyber as well as the online training platform Seela, is specialized in cybersecurity for over 40 years.<\/p>\n

A real asset for Pr0ph3cy, Harmonie Technologie brings complementary expertise in order to offer a 360\u00b0 service: strategic cyber consulting, solution and infrastructure integration, audit and penetration testing, security products, training and cyber training.<\/p>\n

This strategic transaction for the Pr0ph3cy group affirms its ambition to become one of the leading cyber pure players in Europe.<\/p>\n

The transaction has been supported by IK Partners, financial shareholder alongside Arthur Bataille since October 2021, and financed by an ad hoc financing by Eurazeo Private Debt.<\/p>\n
