Hoche Avocats advises borrowers in the financing of the acquisition of the Partedis group by its management, backed by a private equity fund and the company Be in Belgium.<\/p>\n

The Partedis group, a Bordeaux-based distributor specialising in sanitary and heating equipment and wood and building materials, changed its shareholder structure on 30 June.\u00a0 Its historical partner, the Accueil group, has decided to refocus on other activities and has just sold all its shares.<\/p>\n

The new shareholders are the company’s management, a private equity fund and the family group Be In Belgium with a minority stake. The latter also owns Thermcross, a European supplier of spare parts for heating.<\/p>\n
