On December 20, 2022, the Derichebourg Group announced the signing of a letter of intent with Elior Group with a view to transffering Elior Group its Multiservices (\u201cDMS\u201d) business.<\/p>\n

This transaction, which is expected to be completed in April-May 2023, would allow Elior Group to strengthen its financial profile and develop new business opportunities, with the support of a long-term reference shareholder. Elior Group’s international presence would be strengthened.<\/p>\n

This project should create a new French champion in the field of contract catering and multiservices. DMS’s experience and operational excellence will create value and commercial opportunities to address a changing market and develop the growth of the new entity.<\/p>\n

Derichebourg will apply to the Autorit\u00e9 des march\u00e9s financiers (AMF) for an exemption from the obligation to file a public tender offer for the shares of Elior Group.<\/p>\n
