After the peak: responses to inflation in public procurement (B. Thirion)
In its November issue, the magazine Contrats et Marchés publics publishes an article by Benoît Thirion, partner at Hoche Avocats, on inflation in public procurement, which, as we know, has had and continues to have heavy financial consequences for holders of public contracts.
