Claire Gamain
Claire Gamain heads the Restructuring practice at Hoche Avocats.
Specialized in the structuring and implementation of financial or operational restructuring transactions, she advises underperforming companies, managers, shareholders, and investors at every stage of the turnaround process, both through out-of-court and court-supervised proceedings.
She has also extensive experience in Distressed M&A transactions and the acquisition of insolvent companies.
In the context of her practice, Claire Gamain can rely on the multidisciplinary abilities of the firm to set up and implement complex and bespoke solutions.
Her expertise extends to all industries, including in particular retail, hospitality, catering and real estate, that were adversely impacted over the past few years.
