Loïse Couturier joined Hoche Avocats’ Corporate department in February 2026 as Counsel.

She brings over 15 years of experience in providing legal support for the corporate life of companies across a wide range of industries,  as well as advising on high-stakes transactions, such as merger or capital transactions.

In addition, she has gained significant in-house legal experience within various companies. She has also contributed to the professional development of legal practitioners by leading specialized training sessions.

Loïse works fluently in both French and English, and occasionally in Spanish and Portuguese on specific matters.
