Claire Gamain Joins Hoche Avocats to Lead Restructuring Practice
Paris, July 2025 – Hoche Avocats is pleased to welcome Claire Gamain as head of the Restructuring practice.
Claire has been advising since 15 years underperforming companies, directors, shareholders, and investors, at every stage of the turnaround process, both through out-of-court and court-supervised proceedings. She also has extensive experience in the acquisition of distressed companies or their assets.
Her expertise extends to a wide range of industries, including in particular retail, hospitality, catering and real estate.

Claire Gamain is a graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine in business management and business law. Before joining Hoche Avocats, she practiced within Archers, DLA Piper, and Frieh Bouhénic law firms.
