Hoche Avocats advises Altarea on the sale of its stake in Corsalis to Groupe Indigo

Paris, 29 July 2025 – Hoche Avocats acted as legal counsel to Altarea in connection with the sale of its stake in Corsalis to Groupe Indigo.

Founded in 2020, Corsalis is a real estate operator focused on urban distribution and logistics. As a key shareholder since 2022, Altarea supported Corsalis’s development and structuring at a pivotal time for the urban last-mile logistics market.

Hoche Avocats, who also advised Altarea on its initial investment in 2022, advised on all legal aspects of the transaction in close coordination with the group’s internal legal team.
