Hoche Avocats advises the TVH Consulting group, supported by 21 Invest France, on its partnership with Algoritmia, a technology partner for Microsoft solutions in Spain
Founded in 2003, TVH Consulting supports SMEs and large corporations towards more efficient business processes thanks to the integration of ERP and Business Intelligence solutions from Microsoft and SAP, as well as to the edition of business software.
Created in 2017, Toni Torra Arqué launches Algoritmia whose primary mission is excellence in supporting its more than 75 customers on consulting, implementation and integration of Microsoft solutions: ERP Dynamics 365 for Finance & Supply Chain, Power Plaftorm, CRM Dynamics or #IA on Azure through their proprietary application ALBA.
The acquisition of Algoritmia is the second strategic acquisition for the TVH group in less than six months after a diversification of its cybersecurity’s activity through the acquisition of Fidens.
Hoche Avocats had already advised the TVH Consulting group in the context of the acquisition of Fidens.
