Hoche Avocats announces the arrival of Loïse Couturier as Counsel in Corporate Law
Loïse Couturier joins the Corporate team led by Marie-Pierre Souweine, bringing solid expertise in advising French and international companies and groups across a broad range of industries. She supports clients in their day-to-day corporate governance matters as well as in complex and strategic transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Loïse has built a rich and diverse career within leading Paris law firms before founding and developing her own practice, which she ran for six years. She notably practiced within the Corporate department of Eversheds Sutherland. She also spent six years at Lefebvre Dalloz, where she played an active role in designing and delivering high-level professional training programs in corporate law.
