Carla LLoan is a member of the firm’s Corporate/M&A department.

She holds a dual degree from SKEMA Business School combining the Grande École Programme and a Master’s in Business Law, in partnership with the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale.

She joined the firm in March 2026, after more than two years as an associate with C-LEVEL Partners.
