Hoche Avocats advises the shareholders of Red Alert Labs on the acquisition of the company by Fime
Paris, 15 September 2026 – Hoche Avocats advised the shareholders of Red Alert Labs on the acquisition of the company by Fime, a global consulting, testing and certification provider serving the payments, smart mobility and digital identity markets.
The transaction, completed on 10 September 2026, comprised the sale of a portion of the shares in Red Alert Labs to Fime and the contribution of the remaining shares to Orchid Holdings, Fime’s holding company.
Founded by Roland Atoui, Red Alert Labs is a French cybersecurity company specialising in the cybersecurity and compliance of connected products. It combines expert consulting, accredited and independent laboratory services, and CyberPass, its compliance automation platform. Red Alert Labs helps manufacturers secure their products, meet regulatory requirements and achieve cybersecurity certification.
Hoche Avocats advised all shareholders of Red Alert Labs on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
