Hoche Avocats advises Crystal Group on the acquisition of wealth management consultancy Rdfi Conseil
The Crystal group, one of the leading independent private banking groups, has consolidated its regional platform with the acquisition of Rdfi Conseil, a wealth management consultancy based in Lyon.
Founded in 2009, Rdfi Conseil supports a client base of around 200 business leaders and large families, mainly in the Rhône-Alpes region, with a team of five people, including two wealth engineers.
With this operation, the Crystal group, which now has 440 employees and 25 locations in France, 2 in the French overseas territories and 7 abroad, is continuing its external growth and consolidating its historical activities.
