Hoche Avocats advises Derichebourg Propreté et Services Associés in the takeover of PPL under a sale plan

Hoche Avocats took part in the takeover under a sale plan by Derichebourg Propreté et Services Associés, comprising 65 employees at 9 sites in France and part of the assets of PPL, which was in judicial restructuring (“redressement judiciaire”) before the Créteil Commercial Court. PPL specialised in messaging and freight services, particularly for pharmaceutical products. This takeover is effective as of 1 March 2022.
