Hoche Avocats advises two minority shareholders and managers of Batisanté on its sale to IK Partners

Hoche Avocats has advised two minority shareholders and managers of Batisanté (former managers of the Bouvier Sécurité Incendie group, sold to Batisanté at the end of 2021) on its sale to IK Partners.

The two managers had become shareholders of the group following the acquisition of the Bouvier Sécurité Incendie group by Batisanté at the end of 2021, in the context of a reinvestment by the management (as well as some of the main executives of Bouvier Sécurité Incendie) of part of the proceeds of their sale in the holding company that owns Batisanté alongside LGT Capital Partners, its majority shareholder since 2011.

The Batisanté group is a compliance and security services provider based in the Paris region, with more than 6,000 customers and more than 400,000 operations per year with more than 500 technicians.
