Hoche Avocats participated in the INSOL Europe – EECC Conference in Riga – 31 May to 1st June 2018.

Georges-Louis Harang, Counsel in the Commercial Department and Co-Chair of the Young Member Group of INSOL Europe, participated in the INSOL Europe-Eastern European Countries Committee Conference focusing on new European approaches to (cross-border) insolvency, how local and European laws have developed and the ambitions of the Commission for the harmonisation of Member States’ insolvency laws, financing possibilities for companies in difficulty.

It was an opportunity to meet industry experts, insolvency practitioners with a focus on Eastern European countries and to introduce HOCHE Avocats to experts / practitioners in Eastern Europe.
