Hoche Société d’Avocats, adviser to the founders of SMCP regarding the SMCP/Shandong Ruyi operation.

The fashion group SMCP could get a new owner. The Chinese Shandong Ruyi Technology Group has begun exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of SMCP (KKR, founders and employees) with a view to reaching an agreement aimed at the acquisition of a majority stake in the SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot) ready-to-wear group.

In this operation, Hoche Société d’Avocats acted as adviser to the founders of SMCP in respect of the negotiation and transaction.
