Jean-Luc Blein
A tax expert by training, Jean-Luc Blein works in the area of mergers-acquisitions and private equity. He has gained additional expertise in the areas of restructuring and reorganization of the distribution of powers within groups, as well as in the issuance of complex financial securities in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He also works with the firm’s litigation team in acquisition-related litigation, specifically with respect to shareholder conflicts and warranty agreements. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and represents the firm in France-Invest (ex AFIC French Venture Capital Association).
