Hoche Société d’Avocats advises Ingenico Group in connection with the acquisition of Think And Go NFC
On 11 April, Ingenico Group announced its acquisition of Think And Go NFC, a start-up specializing in connected screens.
Set up in 2010 and employing some 15 people, Think&Go NFC has developed technology enabling all kinds of digital screens to exchange information with any other connected devices (watches, smartphones, etc.). With 10 awards for innovation, two patents and two hundred screens rolled out, the start-up is boosting the influence of French Fintech.
Ingenico Group was advised by Hoche Société d’Avocats with Laurent Bensaid (partner), Jennifer Pernet and Laura Vanhoutte (associates).
