Hoche Société d’Avocats at the Bilateral meeting IFA – Spain, September 25-30, 2016
Didier Barsus and Eric Ginter, Partners at Hoche Société d’Avocats (Taxation of assets and Wealth structuring practice group) attended the 70th Congress of the International Fiscal Association (Convention and Congress Centre Feria de Madrid, from 25 to 30 September 2016).
The two subjects selected by the IFA Permanent Scientific Committee for the IFA 2016 Madrid Congress were :
• Dispute Resolution Procedures in International Tax Matters
• The Notion of Tax and the Elimination of International Double Taxation or Double Non-Taxation
