Derichebourg acquires SLG Recycling

SLG Recycling was sold to Derichebourg by the private equity company Omnes Capital and further financial investors.

The SLG Recycling group specializes in recycling ferrous and non-ferrous metals and treating industrial and trade waste.

SLG Recycling operates 22 sites with 270 employees in Brittany and the administrative region Centre. In 2014 the company processed around 300,000 tonnes of waste material and generated revenues of €85m, according to Derichebourg.
