Hoche Avocats advises Archipel in connection with the acquisition of AVEI’A and Groupe Conseils
Hoche Avocats assisted the Archipel group in connection with the acquisition of two new firms, AVEI’A and Groupe Conseils, enabling Archipel to strengthen its regional presence.
These two new acquisitions bring the total number of firms within the group to six, with combined revenue exceeding €35 million.
Hoche Avocats advised Archipel, with Louis Leroy (partner), Jennifer Pernet (counsel), and Joana Seddik (associate) on corporate matters; Mathilde Le Roy (partner) and Inès Leroy (associate) on tax matters; and Frédérique Cassereau (partner) and Thibault Minjollet (associate) on employment law matters.
