CIR: deciphering the updates to the tax doctrine (BOFiP base)
On 13 July 2021, the tax authorities made significant updates to its tax doctrine (i.e. the Bulletin Officiel des Finances Publiques (BOFIP)) on the Research Tax Credit (RTC) and Innovation Tax Credit (ITC).
