Employment & Labour Law

The department covers labour and social security law. It operates in all sectors of activity, including, in particular: banking, insurance, distribution, industry, the cultural sector, and health.
The team has established strong relationships with its clients. It supports them on a daily basis, combining legal analysis with operational considerations. It assists them in the implementation of their social policies and in the management of their disputes.

These areas include individual liberties in the workplace, psychosocial risks, individual and collective labour relations, advice on workforce planning, and criminal labour law.
The Employment Law Department works in close collaboration with the firm’s other teams.
