The social law department covers labour and social security law. It intervenes in all sectors of activity, in particular: banking, insurance, distribution, industry, cultural sector, and health.
The team has developed strong relationships with its customers. It accompanies them on a daily basis, combining legal analysis with the operational aspects. It assists them in implementing their social policies and in managing their litigations.
These include individual liberties in the workplace, RPS, individual and collective labour relations, counselling on job planning, and criminal labour law.
The social law department works in close collaboration with the firm’s other teams.
