At Hoche Avocats, Frédérique Cassereau, partner and co-head of the employment department and her colleague Grine Lahreche, partner in the mergers and acquisitions department, both joined the firm’s executive committee this year. This was an opportunity to take a look at a range of issues, from gender parity in law firms to the rise of legaltech in the profession, and the need for tax stability for companies.
